The name of the legal entity is indicated during the initial setup of the system.
The data from this section are displayed in printed forms, used when activating the online ticket office. To make or edit information about a legal entity that carries out business, you must click on the icon 
in the column “Edit”.
In the first tab, select the country and type of ownership, click 
- Company name: Legal name of the person providing accommodation services.
- Address: Indicate the legal address of registration, including zip code, city, region.
- Address: Specify the actual address of the location of the property.
- City: Indicate city name
- State: Indicate state name
- Zip code: Indicate zip code
- Email: Specify the contact email address of the legal person
- Active*: It is offered to be specified in the reservation
- Default: Assigned in all reservations by default
- Tax ID: Indicate Tax ID
- VAT: Activate a position if there is one, after activation indicate the size of the value-added tax rate.
- Bank name: The name of the bank with which the contract for settlement and cash services was concluded.
- Account number: Current account of the organization providing accommodation services.
- ABA RTN: Code that identifies bank account of the legal entity.
After entering the information you need to click Save
